 + -1 moreAWFUL! Mr. Stern showed up the first day 2 hours late and stayed 3 hours because he had another commitment. After examining his work, I realized that he had don absolutely NO PREP WORK! No washing, no filling holes/sanding, nails were protruding, no caulking, no tape. When I asked why he was not doing his job in a "professional and workmanlike manner" he stated that it was not in his contract. Now I have paint slathered all over my brickwork, main body paint, new windows that were just installed last week! Mr. Stern's walked off the job and never offered to fix his mess. I now need to hire a PROFESSIONAL painter to fix his work. Additionally, he is demanding payment for a portion of his work that I need to re-do! Do Not Use Stern's Pro-Painting...he will cut corners and then act insulted because you expected a professional job. WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING
