Prior to beginning the start of service, Mike thoroughly discussed options with me, making sure we each understood what the other was thinking regarding the service (the pros and cons). Mike also discussed costs so it wasnāt a āsurprise billā. Mike was very kind, professional, and a considerate person to work with. He was meticulous in cleaning up his work area afterwards. His service was definitely 10/10 and I will absolutely contact him whenever I need plumbing, electrical or furnace repairs!
