+ 0 moreExcellent work for all three repairs and very reasonably priced. Came to my aid that day. I highly recommend his service. Great guy.
Description of Work: I had used Terry previously for some minor work such as replacement of thermostat. He was very responsive, polite, helpful and only charged me for a service call. I had other issues with my furnace and he came out that very day and fixed the problem. He charged a fair price for the part that was replaced. The last time I needed Terry's help was with a new water heater, I woke up in the middle of the night and saw that the pan was full and overflower into my hallway. I called Terry at 7:30 am and he came immediately to my house, fixed the problem and replaced a part which he did not even charge me for. He is honest and extremely responsive. I cant imagine calling anyone else for my heating, air-conditioning or water heater needs. Kathy in Centennial

+ -1 moreThe provider took the furnace apart, took the motor off, quoted a high price of the repair, and never called or came back to finish the job. Got paid $150.00 for 15 minutes of work taking the furnace apart.

+ -1 moreTerry had fixed a gas leak in my furnace in my old condo, and cleaned and serviced my furnace as well, for about $80. Very reasonable and he was quick to come out and schedule. I moved into a new house and the furnace was turning on and off. I didn't have Terry service it when we moved in because the previous owner had had it done. But I called Terry to see if he could come out. It was Sunday so I was prepared to just leave a message but he answered the phone and walked me through what I could do myself to fix it! And I did. I would have had to take off work, go a day and night without heat and pay him a service call fee. How awesome is he?
Description of Work: He had fixed a gas leak, cleaned and serviced my furnace two years ago, but walked me through a problem with my current furnace over the phone on a Sunday which I was able to fix- a furnace he had never even serviced!
