Description of Work: Carl the Computer Guy has helped me with setting up my PC, printer, fax machine, installing a file wall, extreme security system, restored data from damaged hard drive, examined my surround sound to output the maximum sound. Gosh...there's more, I've known him for over three years and he is always there to help me with a solution. I've joked with him and said, "Listen Carl, if you move....I move"! Anyone in his working area is blessed. He is honest, reasonably priced, and above reproach. He won't push anything above your request, but will recommend the best for your needs.

+ -1 moreHe explains things in lay-mans terms so that I can understand to whole process and makes sure that I understand. He is very personable with a very nice personality. He has in the past helped me buy a new laptop and then did all the transfers for me for a complete setup. Very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: My computer was locked up and Carl right away knew what to do. In a few minutes he had the whole thing solved and then took the time to explain what had happened and what I could do the next time it happens.
