 + -1 moreJob started when promised. Demo completed the first day. Reinforcement and prep second day. Pour the third day. Looks good. I hope it holds up. Kurt Will was the only contractor I called (out of 4) that responded immediately with a cost estimate. I thought the cost was in line with what I was expecting. It ended costing me 20% more than estimated due to our original driveway being thicker than expected. Kurt was always quick to respond to questions.
Description of Work: Demo existing driveway. Pour new driveway.

 + -1 moreWe hired Kurt as the general contractor to build our new home. We had a tight budget and Kurt was able to come up with an estimate that met our budget and our quality requirement for materials. Kurt built our house through a severe Southwest Colorado winter and was able to stay on schedule. He always responded to questions within a day and usually a couple of hours so we felt very comfortable that things were getting done. He works with some top notch sub contractors that we were very happy with. The house we built on the property was a bit of a challenge due to a steep lot and steep road leading up to the lot that didn't get plowed very well in the winter. The home that Kurt Will has built for us not only meets but exceeds our expectations. I would definitely hire him again should we build or remodel.
