+ -1 moreGreat. Hes smart, thoughtful, professional and was very conscious about not charging or fixing a problem that wasn't a problem. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreGreat, I will have an easy affordable solution to a very complicated problem. He was willing to let his collegue do the work just so I could get heat faster.
Description of Work: I called Mr. Troutman when I had been without heat for several weeks. He was very friendly, called right back and came out to look at the problem. I felt right away that I could trust him. He was great to work with. He referred me to another provider who had what I needed in stock. He also called back several times to make sure everything turned out right!

Description of Work: Mr. Troutman as most responsive as a "second opinion" and will be completing some boiler piping repairs later this month. I could not recommend anyone higher than Mr. Troutman!!!

Description of Work: I live in California and have rentors in my house in Colorado. She mentioned that she was having difficulty getting the furnace started. Clyde Troutman returned my voicemail and got out to the house that day. He discovered the problem, overnighted the part, and completed the work the next day. Colorado was already cold so I very much appreciated the speed with which he got the work done.

+ -1 moreMy furnace was not operating properly, switching on and off, pilot going out. I called a couple other people before calling Mr. Troutman on a Friday afternoon. I told him it was not an emergency and it could wait until the following week. He said he would call Monday morning. He did and made an appointment. Showed up on time. He was friendly, professional, and neat. He quickly diagnosed the problems and asked if I wanted him to replace the thermostat or if I wanted to do it myself. I asked him to do it. I found his prices reasonable, his work excellent and would heartily recommend him.
Description of Work: cleaned pilot, replaced thermostat on my mobile home furnace
