Description of Work: I needed to replace a part in toilet so it would flush completely. I needed safety handles to get in my shower over the tub. He came and said he'd put in new part. He never came back. I called his office and his cell, and he wouldn't answer. I called 2 weeks and still no return of call. He was the nicest man in every way, but I still have not heard from him so I switched to Home Advisor. I hope they show up and solve my problem.

Description of Work: Friendly, informative and respectful. Always explained what was needed and showed me what was was the problem, how he fixed it, how to maintain it in the future. Also a reasonable rate.

Description of Work: Gant was great. Very busy company so for routine work you have to get in line, but we had a semi-emergency and he responded right away. They fixed a lot of issues that were created by our previous plumber. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I've used these guys in the past and loved them so I wanted to use them again. I could not get them to call me back after a weeks worth of trying to contact them. Had to move on to another company.

Description of Work: We had a pipe freeze and then leak water into the house when we tried using the spigot in the spring time. Kevin accessed the pipe through our pantry closet and replaced the cracked pipe and spigot.

Description of Work: The service provider they contracted out with was professional, easy to talk to, educated me on future maintenance and even checked a few things I didn't ask him to or pay him for. The estimate given to me over the phone was what I was charged, including a few extras the service provider chose to replace to avoid any future problems. I will use them again without hesitation

Description of Work: The service request was for a possible problem with the relief valve on the water heater. Gant, the service povider, saw work done by a previous vendor and corrected the code violating work. My water system has been woring well (pun) after he reconected the system properly.

Description of Work: (1) We hired this company to fix a leak in a boiler heat exchanger. We had previously hired another plumber that didn't fix the problem and wasted a week of our time (Durango Heating and Plumbing, Jim Stewart). (2) I called the owner of AAA Plumbing and Heating on SUNDAY, he said he would re-arrange their schedule and be out at the house by 9:00 or 9:30 am (the latest) the next morning (Monday) (3) Monday morning a plumber arrived EARLY at 8:30am to take a look at our boiler system. The plumber left, got what he needed, arranged to have a new heat exchanger delivered (for that morning), came back, took the old heat exchanger out and worked very quickly but accurately. I was impressed, this plumber (Kevin) actually and literally ran back and forth to his truck when he needed a part. He was very efficient with his time (aka, our money) and got the job done that morning. (4) I would recommend this company for boiler, heat exchanger plumbing issues.
