Description of Work: We knew the previous owner. I am the treasurer of our home owner's association and we tried to have them out for an estimate for stucco work.

Description of Work: I used The Patchman last year to do some work in my new store. He built an entire framed wall, drywalled it and painted it. It took approximately 2 days to complete, at the time he also patched a hole in the wall that was approx. 8" x 8". The total bill for this work was $1200 which I thought was very reasonable. I called again this year when I needed an old outlet hole patched, approx 6" x6". I also asked for an estimate to remove the wall that had been built and to remove part of another wall. The estimate for the removal of the $1200 wall was $5000!!!!! How absurd. I knocked it down myself in less that 2 hours. The bill for the outlet hole to be patched was $348.50 and when i asked for details I was told it took 5 hours of labor!!!! I don't know if they have a new owner but what was once a courteous, reasonably priced service is now ridiculous. I'd never use this company again.
