Description of Work: I met with owner early in Spring so I could specifically get on his schedule before he got too busy. I really needed thatching done. I did not hear from owner so I placed a call to him as to status of thatching as my grass was coming in. He was too busy with other obligations getting irrigation turned on, etc., so I ended up cancelling the thatching as it was too late and my grass was already in. However, I did get aeration and fertilization done and I was happy. I would use Sanderscape again, however, I will request a committed date next Spring for thatching.
