Description of Work: Needed home windows but did not use this vendor. Sales person was prompt and had good samples. Quote for service was out of our price range and quality of product was questionable.

Description of Work: My sliding glass patio door is broken and I called this company for an estimate. The person that answered the phone told me that they only replace doors and that I could save money by having the door repaired. I appreciate that because I did not know that the sliding doors could be repaired. Thank you.

 + -1 moreDanielle's windows is a family owned business. At the time of the estimate, both owners arrived and provided detailed info as to how the windows would be replaced and installed. Meticulous measurements were taken. Danielle was very helpful in selecting colors and understanding our goals for the contemporary style we were trying to achieve. Mike brought a wealth of technical information along on the initial visit to make sure our expectations were addressed. The windows were delivered ahead of schedule. Within two days of window delivery, the job was completed. Each window and slider installed was very carefully installed and checked for functionality. The caulking around each window was neatly installed. [Side Note: On a previous home owned in Modesto, we contacted a different Window Installation Company. After installation, the caulking job around the windows was terrible. (Smears and very poor workmanship). After installation, we had to have the company return several times due to leaks and improper operation of the window)] Dannielle's Windows did an excellent job of clean up immediately after installation. Each window was cleaned to perfection and the job was completed well ahead of the time frame indicated. A few months later, we noticed a slider screen had a slit at the bottom that wasn't noticed at time of installation. I contacted Danielle's Windows and a new slider was immediately ordered and scheduled for installation. We have new window installation planned for our garage/workshop. I will not hesitate to contact Danielle's Windows for these replacements. Both Danielle and Mike, along with their daughter Haley, were excellent to work with. All are very professional and extremely efficient! Great Job! Wayne and Tracee Harris.
Description of Work: Danielle's Windows was contracted to install 10 windows and 3-8' sliders. These installations were retrofits for an older house. During the initial site visit, both Danielle and Mike did a very good job explaining in detail how the retro-fit installation would take place.

 + -1 moreThis is a family business who takes pride in their work and are very honest. The product was and is high quality. The windows were installed about 3 years ago and their performance has been flawless. The installation was flawless. I have had absolutely 0 problems. I am very, very satisfied.
Description of Work: 2 - 3 years ago, Danielle and her husband, who are the proprietors of the business, came over and gave me an estimate. It was one of many I obtained. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and capability. My job required some creativity. They were willing to take on the challenge without any complaints and without adding on any surcharges. It was a particularly difficult installation. They were professional, pleasant, easy to deal with, and evoked immediate trust. The job was completed in a timely period. It was done diligently. The owners were hands-on; they follow-up and check on the workers and inspected the job before completion and before collection of the money for payment. Everything went very smoothly. It was done impeccably well and there was always follow-up and encouragement to communicate any need for the future or provide any warranty work. They were very much reliable. I didn't have to worry that they would not be there for me in the future if I would need them. The job was done so well that I felt comfortable recommending them to neighbors to do custom, high-end homes. They were very competitive in price.

 + -1 moreLove the windows. However, once the contract was signed, I had difficulty communicating with the owner. We had a dispute over the PG&E rebate, but I finally received it after many phone calls. Once the contract was signed, I never saw the owner again and she never checked the work.
Description of Work: Replaced 5 windows.
