The mower went from not running at all to working almost like new, at a very reasonable price. The owner is very straight-forward and direct in his discussion of possible problems, possible fixes, and costs. The only negative is that he is very busy and he told me up front that it would be at least 10 days before he could work on it. It was, in fact, about 11 days before he called with a diagnosis and estimate and another two days before I had the mower back.

We had some difficulty in getting our snowblower to the shop because we decided to take it in during the Christmas holidays and the shop's hours were pretty limited. After the first of the year, we took it in and he had it up and running like new within 3-4 days. He told us that it is an excellent brand and well worth repairing. He cleaned and repaired the problems and it truly is running better than it has in years. Wish we'd taken it in sooner!

Was very professional and paid attention to detail. Took a while to have the snow blower serviced (about 7 business days) but he informed us it would take that long prior to the service.

Dale is an awesome guy to work with. My snow blower had a gas leak. He rebuilt my carb, cleaned it up, changed the oil, tightened up the linkage and made a few other adjustments. The work was done well and right on the schedule he promised. His quality standards are so high that sometimes he actully turns business away. If you go to him with a really bad machine, he would prefer to have someone else do the work so the manufacturer's poor craftsmanship can't be seen as a reflection on his repair work. It is refreshing to see that there are still people who maintain high standards for the services they provide. If I need any future repairs I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were very, very good. They were very informative on the phone. The work was done when they told me at the exact price they told me. I was very pleased with the experience.

Wonderful in every way, just don't expect overnight service. This guy is so busy it took him 10 days to get our mower back, 8 or 9 days before he could even look at it. Then 1 or 2 days to do the work. Well worth the wait, great quality of work and VERY reasonable prices.

The guy called me and informed as what was wrong with it. I gave my consent to them to go ahead and repair it. The price was reasonable for all the work and the parts involved.
