 + 2 moreWell, Chimney Doctors was paid for the part we ordered, but no services were ever performed. They simply did not show up when we had scheduled the appointment. They called the next day and laughed it all off saying they had accidentally forgotten to come to the house. This house is a second home, and I had driven two hours to be there for this missed appointment - so I was not laughing, to say the least! I asked them to refund our money from this business transaction and they refused. So they are holding our part ransom and refuse to do any service. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THAT TO ITS CUSTOMERS? One that is run by terrible, dishonest thieves. Avoid them at all costs!

 + -1 moreIt looks brand new. My husband said the guys were very knowledgeable, educated, and professional. They explained stuff to him very well. The scheduling/billing department staff is also great, the woman is very pleasant and chipper, and returned my phone call in a timely manner.
Description of Work: My Chimney wasn't passing code they put in a new liner, put in a new pipe so it matched code, painted the new pipe, touched up a few spots on my stove and cleaned the stove.
