+ -1 moreThey came and did the overall checkup, added some coolant, and said the system was fine. They promised to return and check to see how things went. We called several times and said there was no improvement. They promised to return. We called again and again. They NEVER returned and my air conditioner was not fixed or even improved one bit. This was extremely disappointing and a TOTAL waste of money. We called another company who confirmed and demonstrated they could see nothing that had been fixed or adjusted. I will never call or use them again.
Description of Work: They were supposed to determine why my air conditioner was not cooling my home. One member of my family is disabled and being cool is important to her health. When they arrived they said they performed an overall checkup. They also added some coolant. They said they would return in 2 days to check on the results.

+ -1 moreI have an annual contract with them. I decided to go with them because they were reliable, friendly and reasonably priced; I have not really checked around for the price, but to me, it is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Country Heating & Air Conditioning for heating and air conditioning services, and they come out twice a year. The last time around, they came out for routine maintenance work.
