They responded within a few hours to the enquiry I made, and then stayed in contact throughout the process, from initial visit, to the on-site presentation of the estimate, and onto the completion of the installation. Everyone did a great job: Jordan who initially contacted me and kept me updated about the site visit, as well as Scott and David who did the actual installation work. What was even better is that their installation cost was reasonable and less expensive than another firm that I had to constantly chase to get updates, which prompted me to reach out to New Electric.
