I hired them to do cleaning on my move out. Their equipment broke down and I had to hire emergency cleaners to come at twice the cost and they did nothing to reimburse me or call anyone to help before I had to call emergency.

When we hired them, they said it would be $350 regardless of square footage. Upon finishing the job, they said that $350 was for a smaller square footage, so we had to pay $450, which we did.
