My son and I, from Portland, Oregon and Mill Creek, Utah, respectively, requested Bob's services to resolve problems following a move by a member of our family from Boulder, Colorado to Eagle, Colorado. His in-person presence was needed to complete the setup and test to ensure it was working correctly, and to make a complete image backup of this person's desktop. Bob is a professional in every way. He has been in the business long enough to know what works and what doesn't, to make helpful recommendations, to persist until problems are resolved, and to reliably keep track of his time and costs. He is an excellent communicator, providing progress reports and following up, after his job was completed, to ensure that things are still working okay. I recommend him without reservation.

Bob did a graphics card upgrade on my sonâ s computer after it was damaged upon shipment to Avon, CO. He was also proactive in repairing other issues that we were not even aware of. He was very prompt in his response regarding my service request. Great job all around! I highly recommend him!
