Great. Timely. Some spots did not come out because they were old.

After calling the answering service I received a quick call back from the owner of the company. He was able to get a crew to my house and start working on the cleanup. He did his best to help me understand what the process was and reduce my stress from finding my rooms flooded. Drying out multiple rooms took several days but I appreciated the professionalism and the attention to detail. In addition they cleaned all the carpets in the house. The work was not inexpensive, but given the number of hours and amount of equipment was understandable. Before starting we discussed how the charges would be calculated which reduced the shock when I got the bill. I would recommend A&M and use them again.
