 + -1 moreI went there today at 11:45 and was out of there and home by 12:30. The person that helped us cannot be called a salesman. I believe he was a mattress expert. We left with a delivery date that works for us, and for $530 we got a double bed with individual pocketed coils encased on all 6 sides with 2" of foam. The middle of the bed is built up a little across the middle...that's where we sit, where our hips or like me my tummy lay on the bed. Urban Mattress was founded in Boulder has several shops in the metro area as well as other states. The service that Ryan at the Aurora store gave was amazing. They do free delivery, setup, and haul away. The purchase price also includes the box spring. If you need a frame it's a mere $49. I also got a free pillow. All I could ask for was a margarita and some PS3 Madden. If you're in the market for a bed, I highly suggest checking them out. There was no pressure, Ryan could answer every single question and the bed comes with a 10 year replacement warranty. They also give you 30-90 days (depending on the bed...and you can ask for more than 30 days) to completely replace the bed if after a few weeks it's not what you expected. I'll be honest, I'm a b**** with salespeople. You can't BS a BS'er. You'll never hear me tell someone they're pretty just to make them feel better. With that said...run, do not walkto Urban Mattress. They are spectacular.

Description of Work: We selected Urban Mattress after reviewing many web sites and reading a great deal about the pros and cons of various types of latex/memory foam mattresses. Both my wife and I had suffered back pain for years after sleeping on a top of the line coil spring mattress. On our first visit to Urban Mattress (near Park Meadows) we were greeted by one of the owners, Ethan. He showed us several mattresses that he thought would satisfy our needs, but steered us away from the more expensive mattresses (e.g. Tempurpedic) which he knew didn't fit our budget. The sales experience was very pleasant; very low key, low pressure. We felt good enough about Ethan, Urban and the mattress we selected that we bought it on our first visit. We also bought adjustable "hospital" type bed frames. Unfortunately, when the beds were delivered, the remote controls used to adjust the beds did not have a memory feature which we thought was important. Ethan worked with us to resolve the problem, eventually replacing the entire bed frame to an upgrade (at no cost to us) that included the remote memory feature. Try to get service like that from a big box/chanin store. We highly recommend Urban Mattress (they have several locations in the Denver area).
