They did an excellent job of installing the hitch, plus they didn't take very long. My husband was gone for only a couple of hours on a Saturday morning.
Description of Work: My husband needed a trailer hitch installed on his car in order to pull the boat trailer we bought.

Driving the U-Haul truck across country was terrible. The inside of the truck was uncomfortable and we had to put more oil in the truck than gas. We were thankful we made our trip. If you have the money use another company.
Description of Work: I had called U-Haul because I was moving from New Jersey to Colorado. They were very helpful and their price was right.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. THESE PEOPLE MAKE THE DMV SEEM FRIENDLY. I RESERVED 2 TRUCKS A WEEK IN ADVANCE. WHEN I WENT TO PICK THEM UP THERE WAS ONLY ONE THERE AND THE MANAGER HID IT FROM ME FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES. BECAUSE OF THERE PRICES WE ALL PUT UP WITH IT. I JUST WISH A COMPANY WOULD COME TO TOWN AND PUT U-HAUL OUT OF BUSINESS, OR CHANGE THERE WAYS AND MAKE SOME EFFORT AT HELPING AND BEING NICE TO THE CUSTOMER. AFTER ALL, IF YOU DON'T HAVE CUSTOMERS, YOU DON'T HAVE A PAY CHECK. I KNOW I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AT ANY LOCATION; THEY ARE ALL JUST AS BAD.
Description of Work: I RENTED TWO TWENTY EIGHT FOOT MOVING TRUCKS. BOUGHT FORTY MEDIUM SIZE MOVING BOXES AND RENTED ONE APPLIANCE DOLLY.
