 + -1 moreHe put in new walls, paint, flooring (tile), hung our cabinets, ran a water and a gas line, extensive backsplash, new electric, window replacement, and did it all to meticulous standard. The cost is for basic building materials and labor only, we sourced our own tile, cabinets, appliances.We always call him for our handyman and remodeling stuff, and he always does a great job for a great price. He does not do email, but he is easy to get hold of on his phone.
Description of Work: I had Bob remodel our very dated kitchen, with the caveat that we needed it to be functional in time for Thanksgiving, as I had 29 people coming over. Not only did he get it all done, and we are talking the kitchen was fully gutted, but he stayed late the day before Thanksgiving making sure my plumbing was functional. He also gave us a gigantic turkey he raised for the feast!
