They gave us the best estimate and price. They sent out an engineer to check on the sagging part that was hanging over the edge. They told us how much that would cost. They could have been a little more willing to give us the old tiles for our neighbors. They did a good job and did everything the right way! They were easy to talk to.

.After a hail storm some damage to my roof had been done. Upon bad advice, I hired Trinity Roofing to replace my roof. Many promises and guarentees were made, such as they would begin within the next month. Several months later no materials had been purchased and no work done (I had given them a check upon the 1st visit), and they failed to contact me during this time. Every time I attemped to contact them they gave me the run around, and did not follow through. Eventually they told me materials would be delivered at a specific time, and the materials were a no show. Several weeks later, unannounced the materials showed up. The materials sat for weeks, and no one showed to do the work. When the people finally did show up, they were in poor demeanor because they had to work through the weekend. During this time they threw the shingles and other materials without regard everywhere, damaging my newly painted house. When done, the roof failed the inspection, and Trinity did not inform me. Without notice people were on my roof making adjustments. Once it finally passed inspection I received a letter from the company stating that all guarentees that were given at the point of sale would not be honored. Three years later my roof is falling apart, and when I tried to contact the company the manager said he would call me back. I did not receive this call.

He responded to my call immediately and scheduled same day meeting. I found him extremely knowledgeable, honest and detailed in my first meeting. He is very customer oriented person and knows how to communicate and help the customer and has a positive attitude. He fulfilled every commitment made with us. Every time the help was requested he went above and beyond and always displayed positive willingness. He demonstrated outstanding and instantaneous customer service consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciate Eric?s exemplary performance and pass him gratitude. My neighbor had a bad experience with Trinity Roofing in past. Eric White played a great role to build up my trust in Trinity Roofing. I appreciate his dedication & diligence. Nothing of the following damage was reported by them. I found it that evening and the next day. While removing the old shingles they tore the facing off some of the siding. They cracked the skylight and shingled over rotted decking. I called the office and they sent out a foreman to look at every thing. They agreed to pay for the siding to be repaired. They replaced the skylight 2 (two) months and 3 (three) days later. They replaced the rotted decking but put the new decking over a rotted rafter. They never got back to me on the rafter. Their response to my complaint to the Better Business was that they din't do rafters and I needed to get a carpenter to repair it and maybe have an engineer look at it. They never mentioned the rafter when they were replacing the deckiing, either. Approximately 6 months later the owner called and told me that entire crew and the foreman had been fired and sent a crew out to make everything right. They took care of all the problems I knew of and the owner and the crew he sent out were very apologic. I would give them a chance to replace a roof the next time its needed.
