The installer charged me $200 to fix one leak (by welding copper) which took about 15 minutes. I told him at the time that the price was very high, and I have complained (by telephone) at the company. But I am informed that I should have refused the work. I had already committed to pay $90.00 for the install, and I consider the extra $200 to be exhorbitant for the welding job. Now I learn that the faucet was not hooked up correctly (need to use it for both the swamp cooler and the hose), and I am informed by Total Comfort that I SEEMED OKAY AT THE TIME. (I only have tried to use the hose recently. The installer had not connected it.) WORST SWAMP COOLER INSTALL EVER.

Service man showed up on time and was very professional. My concern was total cost of service when only new part installed (control board) cost me $714.00 (which I later found on the internet from a supply company for less that $200.00. So for six hours labor I was charged in excess of $1000.000.

They never got back to me after telling me that they would and I even called to followed.

Everything went well. He located the source of the leak and repaired it quickly.

I didn't use them for the job.

He showed up on time and was very professional. Work cost me more than I thought it would but the problem was fixed and I believe everything was done correctly. I would call him again if we needed furnace or AC service or repair.

Our furnace quit working, and we called another Angies list A service which had done the preventative maintenance just a couple of months earlier - but they did not respond and it was freezing. We tried the next service, they came out very promptly. They measured the gas line and found a problem that could only be solved by the gas company. They gave us the numbers that the gas company needed to rate how much of an emergency it was (and it was), and the gas company promptly came out and fixed the issue with a new regulator.

They gave us a very good and honest appraisal of the problem. The problem would have involved major structural changes to the house. The interaction was excellent, they could have easily said that a lot of work needed to be done and charged me for it, but they talked me out of enlarging the swamp cooler. They really took money out of their own pocket. Their responsiveness was excellent; they were here within a day or so. They were also on time.

Company never responded to our e-mail.

I was very happy with their service. They were very personable when they were there working. They were very courteous when they were there working. They showed up on time to do the work.

We chose this company for our new furnace (afer competitive bids) six years ago. Since then, they've done annual maintenance checkups for us professionally and with no problems.
