+ -1 moreAfter the first cleaning, we noticed that our wood floors looked smeared. Upon closer examination, we found that the entire surface was scratched. When we contacted the owner, she told me they used a floor brush to clean with and that no one had ever complained of scratching before. Our floors may need resurfacing. Also, the tile floor grout has spills that have not been cleaned up.
