+ -1 moreChad made it to my house within 2 hours of my call on a subzero day. He kept in communication about his ETA. He arrived early. Very nice guy. He found even more problems with my 50+ year old furnace which I kind of anticipated. He spent about 45 minutes going over my options and charged me his minimum rate - $50. Chad seems very trustworthy and I would probably call him on future projects.

handyman service, heating & air conditioning/hvac
+ 0 moreEveryone who has used him before calls him back when they have more work to be done. I would recommend him to anyone. If he can't do a job he will let us know rather than try it himself and mess it up. Our homeowners association has hired him and so have several individuals who live in our condo association.
Description of Work: He has helped us install A/C units and he has done all sorts handyman things for us.
