Their customer service is really bad. They do not keep maintenance records. My experience with them have been awful. I used them for two years and they still haven't closed the books on our last renter. when you talk to their customer service, you wait then they pass you to another person, then when you talk to them, they are so condescending. You cannot deal with them at all. My experience with them has been awful all the way. The owner says one thing then never follows through with it. They don't provide statements on time. They do not provide copies of the receipts of the people that come to repair things, so you can't really prove that something was fixed. It is almost as if they work for the tenant and not the owner. Before we put our condo through them, it was in perfect condition because it had very light use. When they handed it over to us, there was oil grease in the garage, the disposal didn't work, lamps didn't work, the carpet was filthy, and the sink in the master bath wasn't working. All of this they will charge to the owner, not the tenant. I just really hate this company. They really take advantage of owners who are out of town. They do not care. I hope they go out of business. They were really bad, they made us pay for carpet cleaning and to re-laminate our own hardwood flooring.
