SUNSAVER RETRACTABLE AWNINGS INC

I hired SunSaver back in 2017 to install a 25 ft. long awning on my deck. They did a quality job and I know I purchased a quality awning. Now it's early 2023 and I noticed a problem with the fabric (fabric tear) and some streaking from the tracking mechanism. The awning came with a 10 year fabric warranty and I dealt wiht the owner Jeff. Even though the fabric manufacturer didn't cover the whole replacement cost of the awning fabric, James on his own told me that he was going to cover the whole cost to replace the awning fabric at no charge to me. It really showed me that he cares about doing a quality job and taking care of his customers. Very honest and upright. Thanks James!

Great I love it

Excellent. Karen and her team are professional, timely, courteous, quality and cost conscious and all around a pleasure to work with. We would hire again if we need window treatments in the future and highly recommend this company.

Karen's workers were very professional and, most importantly, dedicated to getting the awning securely hung. They encountered problems due to our home's construction at the install location, but thought through to a workable solution that included ripping out soffit, shoring up the supports where the awning would be secured, replacing with new soffit that they primed and finished. In addition, they thoroughly cleaned up the work are when they were finished with the job. Here's what was so impressive to us: this was projected and priced as a 3-hour job. Because of the difficulties they encountered (beyond their control), it ended up taking the two installers, Nick and Breck, 8 hours each, as well as the purchase of the materials needed to secure the awning. Nonetheless, Karen stuck by the original cost estimate! Very impressive.

Their salesman arrived on time and explained the options very well. I ended up buying a Total Eclipse awning, 18 feet wide and 14 feet 9 inches projection. They ordered the awning from the factory, and called me when it shipped to set an installation time. The installers arrived right on time. Because of the way my house is constructed they had some trouble finding a beam to mount he awning on, but after some study and testing they succeeded. The installation team, led by James, was very careful and courteous, and checked as they went along that I was happy with where they were arranging things. The awning looks very good and extends and retracts smoothly.

We are very pleased with the awning and service provided by Sunsaver. Steve the installer was careful and meticulous. It was not an easy task for them to install this large awning on the roof but they managed it well with no collateral damage!

Although we ordered an owning we did not use the service because of the length of time the HOA would take to approve the project

Initial meetings went very well - calls were returned promptly - sales folk were punctual and informative. Only took a couple of weeks for replacement canopy to arrive - installation of replacement canopy went smoothly - installers hauled off old canopy/cleaned up after themselves. There was some final re-mounting work that needed to be done (for an acceptable additional charge) - took more effort than it should have to re-connect with the installers and get it done - but very pleased with final product.

Could not have gone better. The sales person arrived on time, understood my needs immediately, clearly described my options, and made product selection simple. The installation was performed on time and was completed professionally. The installers discussed their procedures with me before they started and they were apparently careful to complete the installation with no damage to the house. When they were finished with the install they cleaned up all debris and explained fully the function of the awning.

They are on time, polite, and very nice to work with.

Karen Nimick the owner of the company was very knowledgeable and helped on all aspects of awnings. She was very easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I received bid from 3 other companies and the Sunesta awning was the highest quality for the price. John the installer was excellent and did extra work for no cost.
