+ -1 moreI would never have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. The gentleman got all the grease and dirt out of the carpet. We thought we would have to replace all of the carpet but when Mark got done it was fantastic.
Description of Work: The carpet was very stained with dirt and oil from a car motor. Called Summit and they said they could get it out, so they came out and cleaned the carpet.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, IN GENERAL. THEY CLEANED MY CARPETS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY, CONSIDERING THE CONDITION OF MY CARPETS. THE TECH WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: SHAMPOOING FIRST LEVEL FLOOR, INCLUDING HALLWAY AND BATHROOM. I HAD PET STAINS AS WELL AS KOOL-AID STAINS.
