Really appreciated that Walt took measurements and notes as he walked the house with us. He was able to answer questions regarding how our older home (1890) would need to be approached from an experienced GC in order to make the right call when it came to problem solving.

They came two times to make an estimate and never submitted the bid. Did not return follow up phone calls.

Overall very good experience.

I asked for a bid for several types of services, the most important/time sensitive of which was hardwood flooring. The estimator failed to get back to me within the time frame he promised, so I contacted him by voicemail and asked if I could get the estimate(s) in the next several days. He called and said that he was swamped with bids, so I said just give me the floor estimate quickly and the other projects could wait a little longer for the bid. He sent the floor bid several days past my deadline and I had already chosen another company. His price was actually much higher than some of the other bids and he never bid on the other projects, either.

They did a very good job. He took the same care in the work on my home as I believe he would if it would have been his own home. He was very conscientious.

The projects went well. There were on time and professional and completed the jobs to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting a professional job.

My husband and I needed to replace our old carpet with hardwood floor so we could rent out our townhome. My co-worker suggested Angie's List for a contractor. However my husband called Chad from Steadfast after our neighbor had them do work last summer. They came out the next day to give us an estimate and we were impressed with the amount of detail they provided. Although we looked at other companies, Steadfast stood out as being more professional and affordable. They pulled out the carpet and resurface the floor, and installed hardwood floors. The molding they cut and replaced, looks great, much better than the one the builder first installed. Steadfast were scheduled to complete Tuesday, they were done on Monday morning. Overall, my husband and I are thrilled with the work they did. We may consider living in the townhome and rent out the house.
