S&R Eagle Services, LLC

Scam company. We have a contract for a porch for nearly $90,000. Weâ ve paid over $45,000 for material and services and only have a $4,000 strip of concrete. They have ghosted us for over three weeks and now will not return any calls. The project was supposed to be well underway by now. When I looked up our property for permit information so I can file a complaint against the contractor license, they havenâ t even filed a permit like they were supposed to. This is a red flag when companies do not file proper permits. Generally, that means they are not licensed to do the work. The company is a nightmare to work with and is not legitimate. They came recommended through Angi and I have no idea how. The companyâ s main branch does not answer phones, nor do they call you back. Avoid this con artist company at all costs or you will be out $10,000â s. Next step is legal action. Update 1: Pikes Peak Regional Building Department confirmed they did not file for a permit and are required to do so before they touch my house. Stop Work Order will be issued against my residence now. Update 2: After some back-and-forth conversations and pleas, we agreed to give them a second chance. Big mistake. After broken promises of doing better, they still can't keep a schedule or coordinate when they will show up. They've been onsite once within a two-week period. All I have now is a beam bolted to my wall. Thier original plan that they were going to build from was denied by the building department; no surprise there. It is a daily game of phone calls and excuses about why they can't show up. Additionally, they leave nails and cigarette butts all over my yard and patio. I honestly think they ran out of money and can't finish my deck. Update 3: Still no deck, no approved permit after months of delays. I have holes in my backyard and material all over my back yard, side yard and front driveway. PPRBC notified of illegal work started without a permit. Update 4: Finally got an approved permit, but no material. They haven't paid their subs and now the builders walked off the job. Police report filed with El Paso County for theft and complaint filed with PPRBD for starting work on our house without a permit.

They take your money and they do not work.

My cement front porch was sinking and crooked. Because the porch had sunk, the porch post had detached from the porch ceiling, so I was wedging it to prevent it from falling over. I also had a cracked driveway and needed a piece of house siding near the porch replaced because it had dried cement on it. I received estimates from several contractors listed on the HomeAdvisor website. The contractors I spoke with said they could not fix or replace my porch post nor replace the house siding piece, and some of them provided written cost estimates without itemizing the work they would perform. I was relieved to learn upon meeting with Jason of S & R Eagle Services that this company was capable of fully completing my project. I do not regret my decision to hire S & R Eagle Services. This company performed honest, professional work. The workers were skilled and cleaned up daily. My porch and driveway look beautiful now, and my porch post and siding piece have been replaced and painted to match my home. GOOD COMPANY

It is difficult to assess the quality since it is difficult to see it on the roof or using photos provided. There was a definite miscommunication between people in the company and contractors, but they have got in, finally and the job was done.

the men that worked on my house worked very hard. I was impressed how well they got along, a person can tell they`re team players. If I ever had another project they would be the first on my list.

I hired JR Quality Painting (Robert Luevano) to repair my steel siding and paint my very small house. JR's recently merged with S&R Eagle Services, LLC. Robert assigned a two man crew (a father and son) to my job and they were very good. Other company's that bid the job either wanted twice as much money or declined the job after initial bids because I wanted them to use siding (which is no longer made) from a less visible area that was being repaired on some other repairs in areas that were highly visible. No one else was willing to do this and I was given all kinds of excuses why it couldn't be done. Robert's crew not only made the repairs exactly as I wanted them, but they did a great job with the repairs and the house painting. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing siding repairs and house painting.
