Our first home was purchases through Spencer Realty and had I known buying a home was that easy we would not hav waited so long. Spencer Realty explained everything along the way and what we should anticipate and what to prepare for. We found a house and closed within a few weeks because Spencer Realty both educated us as well as did all the legwork. Their experience in the business made it the most pleasurable experience ever.
