Description of Work: bought a Cal Spa hot tub from them. When it was taken off the truck water poured out of the bottom. They set the tub on the patio. They installed the arm to hold the cover. The assistant's who were screwing in the handle stop did not know what they were doing and had to re-install it because the holes were not in the right place.They ran through their check list about chemicals, encouraging you to buy lots of chemicals and filters. I called two months later realizing that the water at the base of the wooden hot tub base was a water leak. I had to play phone tag to talk to the service manager. They made me take the whole side panel off. To see if it was leaking. It is very heavy and impossible to a single person to get back on. They scheduled to come out a week later to fix the leak. The day of the appointment they called and said they could not come out “due to a family emergency”. I waited a week they never called back to reschedule the appointment. I played phone tag again Played phone tag, again, finally got someone to come out a week later to fix the defect from the manufacture. They will not pick up the phone when you call the service number. They only pick up the phone when the clerk in the store calls. She calls on her cell phone. They pick up the phone when she called. I think he is her husband. On the call to the office she said she would call her husband who id a service tech. When she called she told him the upset customer was complaining again. Then she said yeah she is in the store. When I talked to the service guy, he complained that he was the only one working. The message on the answering machine said they were closed, when in fact they were not. He was not too busy to pick up the call on the clerks cell phone,possibly his wife. But he was too busy yo pick up the phone when I called him back 3 minutes after he left me a message. Why did the clerk call on her cell phone and not call on the business phone???? The tech then proceeded to complain about having to drive to my house on a previous trip to fix the manufacturer's defect. If they had done a proper install and waited for the hot tub to be operational and run the jets they would have discovered the jet was leaking. I called back and left messages two more times as I was driving to the store. That is the only way I could actually get a human on the phone from their service department during working hours. If you are an employee calling and calling on their personal cell phone, they pick up the phone right away, but if you are a customer calling you will only get a person on the phone if you pick up when they call back.
