+ -1 moreI didn?t like their high-pressured sales. They were on time with delivery. There were 3 or 4 problems with the hot tub that had to be addressed. That just took some extra time but they were all eventually resolved. I would not use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used Spa Brokers Inc to install a hot tub for us.

+ -1 moreVERY NICE SERVICE MAN. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ON MY CHEMICALS ALSO EVEN TOOK A PERSONA; CHECK FROM ME. GREAT SERVICE!
Description of Work: I CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER AND WAS GREETED BY KEVIN (SCHEDULER) HE GOT ME IN HIS SCHEDULE THAT DAY. THE SERVICE GUY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FIXED MY SPA WITH A NEW MOTOR.

+ -1 moreVery responsive and fair prices for repairs and parts.
Description of Work: I had a Parker spa (local company) for about 5 years and it developed leak in pumps. Spa brokers showed up on time and did repair for reasonable price. Also met my needs for jet replacement at reasonable price. Next the electrical system malfunctioned and they replaced sensors, again on time and reasonable price. Now it has another electrical problem (pumps won't shut off). Not sure whether the problems are an older spa beginning to fail in various ways, but I am becoming frustrated. The Parker Spa company is not much help. They tried to sell me a new spa instead of working with me, would not recommend their spa. Previously owned ''Sundance'' spas (x2) without these problems in over 15 years of use.

+ -1 moreOUR EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE FIREPLACE THE OUTSIDE FRAME WAS NOT THERE. SINCE MY DAUGHTER SIGNED FOR IT, THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US ANOTHER ONE. THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION WAS UNACCEPTABLE. WE WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
Description of Work: WE WERE FINISHING THE BASEMENT AND NEEDED TO PUT IN A FIREPLACE AND SOMEONE TOLD US ABOUT THE SPA BROKER.
