Description of Work: Snake 'N' Rooter ARS was called to schedule an appoint ment approximately 9:30 AM and was given an appointment time between 12:00 and 2:00 . Approximatley one hour later was called to inform me the time slot had moved to 2:00 to 4:00. A later call informed me that they were short handed, had emergency service calls and service calls that were taking longer than expected. The new time was between 2:00 and 7:00. After expressing my displeasure they suggested first thing Monday morning. I called Garvins plumbing and had a service tech at my home in twenty minutes. When he left after taking care of the problem, I was about to call and cancel the appointment with Snake"N" Rooter when their service tech showed up. Obviously I have no confidence in what I am told by their dispatcher, Latif, and would not waste my time calling them ever again. A very unprofessional and low level of "customer service". I would have preferred a little more honesty and a little less false promises.

 + -1 moreThis experience was not a good one because they were very misleading and they definitely tried to make me think that I needed a new unit in my home and my unit was only 2 years old. I don't find them to be honest or have any integrity and I really don't think they have very good business ethics at all. After they gave my the estimate of how much it would cost I declined using their service because I did not trust them.
Description of Work: I had them look at my heating unit in my 3000 square foot home because there was a water leak and they also looked at my humidifier. They wanted me to pay $3000 dollars for a new unit.

 + -1 moreARS OFFERS VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY ARE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. THEY ALWAYS LET YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE WHAT THE COST IS GOING TO BE (APPROXIMATELY). THEY RUN ON SCHEDULE AND ARE EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IF NEEDED TO BE CALLED.
Description of Work: SERVICES INCLUDES PLUMBING, HEATING, COOLING, AND DRAIN CLEANING. THE PLUMBING AND DRAIN CLEANING ARE FREE ESTIMATES. HEATING AND COOLING ARE A $59.00 ESTIMATE FEE. SAME DAY SERVICE.
