Scott takes the time to explain how the systems work and had insight for necessary repairs needed to get the home up to code. He took the time I needed to make me comfortable in my decision to purchase. He is knowledgeable and thorough.

Very thorough inspection. Scott was able to identify a very small leak behind a wall that may have gone unnoticed for years. Scott also has a passion for his work and explained issues and construction methods in great detail.
