Description of Work: SJC Building came to my door and asked if they could take a look at my roof to see if I had a hail damage claim. This is typical in Colorado for roofing companies, but I wanted to check them out first to make sure they were legit. Their A+ Better Business Bureau rating convinced me, and shortly after they and an insurance adjustor met at my house. Although the roof was in good shape, the siding was pretty damaged, and the insurance company determined that I had a valid claim. I decided to go with SJC based on their "work off your deductible" program (providing reference letters, referring friends, and putting a sign on my door during the work), and their very good ratings with the Better Business Bureau. I was not disappointed. SJC handled every step of the process - negotiating with the insurance company for the final cost, hiring and managing high-quality subcontractors, and keeping me informed during every step of the process. The quality of workmanship that went into my siding and gutters was exceptional. The subcontractors were all courteous, prompt, friendly and clean. I was not left with a mess - just beautiful new siding. I would not hesitate to recommend SJC to anyone needing roofing (their main focus), siding, gutters or windows. Their customer service is exemplary, and the quality of work is outstanding.
