 + -1 moreThey showed up right on time. Completed the work in the two days estimated including the additional work of putting in a new had rail post. The left the steps functional after the first day. They cleaned up both days. The work was outstanding. Without question it was the best home repair work/painting/etc. we have had done on our house.
Description of Work: They repaired the sagging deck and steps. Per the estimate: Detach and re-set stairs, and stair handrail for access to affected area. Raise deck to previous location, adjust existing monoposts, and fasten deck to house. Caulk and paint structural cracking at soffit to match existing as close as possible. They also ended up installing a new handrail post when we found out it had rotted from the base.
