I received Mr. Rudd's name from a friend in the construction industry, and he came highly recommended. If you Google him, he is found on several realtor's websites throughout the metro for HVAC work. After talking with him, I hired him to install an air conditioning system in my home. He agreed to do so at a price of approximately $1900, which is a great price and far less than the retail HVAC companies in Denver. He installed the system in 1.5 days, and it does work. However, on the warmer days, the system will not keep up with the heat, and after having it inspected by another licensed HVAC technician, we have determined that it is not large enough for my house. I have tried repeatedly to contact Mr. Rudd to ask him to work with me on a solution to this issue (he offers a "lifetime warranty" on ALL parts and labor), and he will not respond. Unless you want someone to do HVAC work for you that is a fly-by-night operation, I highly recommend that you not use him for your HVAC needs.
