Description of Work: I worked with Charlie, I believe he's the owner. I sent him a couple of pictures of my garage door in which one section is bowed and the bracket is pulling apart. Charlie said he doesn't service the Monument area where I have a rental property at but he diagnosed the problem as the section needing support with the addition of a strut and to replace them with an 11 gage bracket. He's willing to sell me the parts since I'm a do-it-yourself kind of person. He recommended if I wanted to remove the panel to get professional help as it could be dangerous. I've worked with him for about 15 years and he's always been able to meet my needs.

Description of Work: My garage door opener also opened the neighbors garage door, and vice versa. The man I spoke to at Rocky Mtn Garage door Services could not have been nicer and more helpful. He offered to come solve the problem, but said I could do it myself, and explained exactly, step by step, how to do so. It worked. I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreMy experience was very good. The woman who answers the phone was very helpful and letting me know products they carry, along with the price of each. When I went to purchase the item, a gentleman in the place demonstrated to me how to properly use the remote and program it to my actual opener.
Description of Work: I needed a new garage door opener remote all together. I called around to companies carrying the product I needed and Rocky Mountain had the best selection.

Description of Work: They came to see why our opener wasnt working and what was causing the problem. They had taken some time to narrow it down, but they figured out what it was that was causing the problem. They then ordered the parts and installed them.

+ -1 moreOverall it was a good experience and I would hire this company for another job. The repair person seemed to be rushed at first and when he finished the job the door did not close completely. I expressed some concern about that and he went back and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: They replaced the two major springs on both sides of the garage door on October 10, 2005.
