Residential Concrete Works

I had the sidewalk done last August by Best Choice Foundation and Masonry and it turn out awful. I couldn't get them to fix it and eventionally they wouldn't respond to my calls. I had a 5 year warranty on the work which wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I had four estimates to take it out and redue. I ended up having Residential Concrete Works do the removal and replacement. I was told they would take it out and have it replaced in 4 hours. They arrived at 8:30AM and were finished a little after 11:30AM and it is absolutely beautiful. I was very impressed by the workers and thier professionalism. I would defenantly recommend this company for any concrete work.

Amazing! Start to finish!

A crack appeared 2 days after instillation. After leaving multiple messages over several days, I filed a complaint with the BBB. That finally got them to respond. They have fixed the crack twice and it has reappeared twice. They also left the support post for my patio at an angle. To fix this, they had to cut holes around the posts. The patches for these holes are very obvious. Bottom line, I have a brand new patio and front porch with patches and cracks. I wish I had seen Residential Concrete Works' Yelp rating and reviews beforehand, instead of trusting the reviews on here.

Excellent finished job done in 2 days. Compliments from neighbors. A couple glitches taken care of aftrr I asked.

They arrived on time and work tHe job in 5 hours, there was a group of 5 men..

Overall they did a great job on the patio itself. I was quoted a price by Rick with was based on the square footage, he measured 316 sq ft. After they came on site and did the prep and demo work, I was approached by the owner and told the square footage was more that I was quoted, he measured 440 sq ft. We did change the design to make it more appealing, but there was not an a 120 sq ft difference that I was quoted. I ended up paying an additional $1000 for the job.

Their foreman was great. Since my yard has a slight slope, he suggested some design changes that improved issues I had with my old patio with puddling. The crew worked very fast and the patio/sidewalk/shed pad looks great. I only had one minor repair request which they came out and fixed.

We hired Residential Concrete Works to remove our driveway and path to the front door. While we had some issues with cracking and spalling, the owner, Lino took care of us, and we are confident that the issues have been resolved. Lino personally oversees all jobs, and his team is professional, polite and very hard working. We appreciate that Lino cared about us as customers and took care of our requests.

Leno came out to address the cracks in our cement. A path to resolution was created. He extended my warranty an additional year, which gives me security in the project. Issues happen in projects, but Leno is making it right. I appreciate his willingness to resolve my concerns. Thank you, Leno!

We hired Residential Concrete to remove an existing concrete patio, walkway, and driveway that was recently done by another company that we took to court and won. Thinking this would be a better company, based on the lies that Rick (the salesmen) told us, thinking about how this would be very different... The only difference is the quality but just by a little. Once we got them onsite they ended up damaging our neighbor's yard (which we paid to fix and repair ourselves). Once they were **done**, they asked for money and since then it has been nothing but the same experience as the last company, they get money and run. I have asked the owner to come out he is now MIA. They came out for the 4th time today to tear out a slab because they did not run our drain properly underneath and they have cracks and missing concrete on the driveway extension to where it is not stable enough to park on. I would not recommend this company, you can pay the same price for better service overall. But if you are thinking about it, know that Rick is done with you once the sale is made and Lino disappears, doesn't listen to you as the customer, and doesn't care about you, your time, or your property. I am hoping to save homeowners the headache of dealing with this situation. We will be filing a formal complaint with HomeAdvisor's as we did with the other company. If I could add pictures I would.

Had him pour a patio for me. Lino cares about the people he does business for. he is fair with pricing and wants his customers happy. Very professional and courteous.

I had concrete next to my driveway poured, the side of my house and the back patio. They did a great job.

Am a little concerned about the adequate slope away from the house, but we will see once spring rolls around with its downpours. The workmen were very quick, courteous, and professional.

The laborer's work for the company. They're not subs.Very fast and efficient.

I had my longer than average driveway, walkway with 2 steps to front door and smaller area in back yard path removed and redone. Quality work done in just over 4 hours, since they have a large crew and trucks. Every member had their job to do and they worked well together. Great clean-up too! My only comment is around communication with scheduling. I made sure we were still on the schedule a week out and had to call the schedule the eve before to confirm the time we were told and again in afternoon when not there. The owner works the jobs and overall an excellent experience and final outcome!

This company gets the job done in the quickest way possible and delivers high quality. Expect that their communication with you will be minimal. However, if you jointly set expectations about the day and time when they will begin the project, you will be elated with the results.

This company SHOULD NOT do concrete. What they sell and what they deliver is not good. Forget sloppy. The joints cuts were done wrong causing the concrete to crack not just superficial but all the way through in several spots and it s only 2 weeks old. I am told this will only continue to get worse. The sides are honeycomb looking where they did not fill it in . The porch is also a very thin poor.Stamp job is messy with no attention to detail, my grass and yard were destroyed by concrete chunks left in the yard and their trash. My porch post bolts were covered when I was told they would be cut and bolted on top and they should have been. Now if the post need to be replaced so does the concrete. The company thinks they did a great job that is the devastating part. 3 other highly rated companies disagree. The entire porch needs to be ripped out and started over. They weren t cheap price wise but they sure give cheap shady work. They are offering a partial credit refund to unhappy customers to take down or alter review.

They were able to come on short notice and showed up on day they promised. Put in a porch and driveway 3-4 hours. Have a very large crew.
