We have been trying to sell our home FSBO (For Sale By Owner), so the RE agent’s response has been varied. Some are open and supportive of your decision to try and sell on your own and agree to bring buyers by, others basically let you know that you are an idiot, they are the professional, so just give it up and sign their listing. Unfortunately, RE/Max Unlimited was the latter of the two. We may end up selling the house through a RE in the long run, but how they respond to us as FSBOs will tell us whether or not to go with them in the future. We won't be going with RE/Max Unlimited.
Description of Work: This Real Estate agency, as all RE groups, do not charge you to come to your home and give it a review. However, if you are trying to sell your home they do try and sell their services to you and can be rather high pressured at that. They came to our home, walked through it, than spent between 45 min and an hour telling us why we should list it with them.
