Description of Work: The owner came out to check if we were in need of Asbestos removal. he recommended us do a test before having his company do the work. From the test, we found out we did not have Asbestos!! This saved us a lot of time and money.

Description of Work: After our asbestos testing came back positive, we worked with Brian at Reliance to have some 1970's laminate flooring abated. From start to finish, Brian was punctual, personable and professional. All very important attributes in our book. While Reliance was not the highest bid, they were also not the lowest. But Brian's knowledge and confidence set his company apart. They did what they said and completed our job ahead of what was expected. We received all reports upon completion as well as several follow ups to ensure we were satisfied. Even more, Brian communicated with me via email which was extremely important to me as a new mother managing a large scale remodel. =}
