Nieves Reyna's lack of experience with the concrete resurfacing product used for our driveway resulted in an unacceptable end result. He did not fulfill our request for a final application to correct the multiple errors his team made applying the material. We are left to find a solution on our own despite paying $3K+ for the job. After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Rand T because Nieves was a great salesman. Our date to finish our stairs was 23 May, but the project was delayed. The first delay was due to weather and the other 2 delays were because Rand T got behind due to the weather. After a while it became clear that other projects were getting completed ahead of mine that were scheduled for after mine. Eventually, the project was complete only because I told them they had to a set day to get it done or give back the deposit. Communications with Rand T after signing the contract and giving them a deposit was HORRIBLE. I had to call, recall and send multiple texts just to find out the status of when the project was complete. Rand T never initiated communication to tell me they were not coming on the scheduled days. In the end the stairs turned out mostly correct, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Also, the stairs would be completely squared off at the top had I not left work to check out the progress. It was supposed to be curved and flared. It is only curved.

We are still waiting to receive a drawing to give to the homeowner association. I wish they would just let us know if they do not want to give us the product or not. They did a good job on coming out to give us the information, but we have had trouble on them following through.

Ours was a relatively small job so we had to be somewhat flexible as to when it was done. They removed the old cement, then we had to wait a couple days before they came back to pour the new cement. They ended up just mixing a small batch at the location. They did a good job and were able to get us taken care of relatively quickly.
