Great job for the price. Communication could have been a bit more prompt but these guys get the job done and do a great job!

Patrick was great to work with. He and Jose did a wonderful job. The yard looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them! The price was a little steep but they worked really hard for 3 1/2 days and did a super job.

1 guy for 8 hours, next day 2 guys for 10 hrs, 6 cubic yards mulch, $2800. Actually bid it even higher but I negotiated. They got it done in 2 days and right away. Weeds came back...were not pulled from roots. Mulch buried many of my perennials. The quick job came at a big premium.

It helped reading the reviews to know to be prepared to negotiate the price. Once we agreed Patrick started right away. He was in and out with his helper for a few days and I was out of town after the first day so I didn't see them do all the work. But when I came home I was very pleased. He did everything he said they would and my yard looked great.

Patrick was so polite and to my surprise he did everything he said he would do. He started the job immediately after quoting a price. He worked for about 2 hours and said he had to leave to go get his helper and would be back in 30 min. I must say I was beginning to think after 2 hrs. that he walked off with $500.00. I called him and he said he would be back to the job soon. He returned without his helper. He worked a few hours and then said he would be back tomorrow morning. He and his helper did returned the following morning and finished the removal of shrubs early evening. The entertainment was watching them load a small pick-up with all eight bushes and roots. Unbelievable!!! I would hire them again and not worry about their time management. They'll get the job done.

They did everything I needed them to do. He's one of the most polite people I've ever met. He responded within 60 seconds after I submitted the request !

Patrick did a great job BUT he quoted a high price and he and his helper disappeared from my job for several hours. Be prepared to negotiate the price and don't stay home thinking you are going to monitor his work. After he disappeared and I read the other reviews that indicate that he will re-appear, I just went about my dialing activities. I reviewed his work and pay him the balance at a mutually convenient time.

Patrick came out within an hour of my request to HomeAdvisor. After much negotiating we came to a price. The work was far beyond my expectations. He cleared my side yard of all the overgrowth, leveled the ground and now it is clean. The eyesore is gone-Patrick & Jose cleaned up everything beautifully. I am so happy. The work started Sat. afternoon and was completed Sun. at 1pm. This was expensive but the work was exceptional.

Patrick showed up ready to work. Once we negotiated a price we were both comfortable with, he started right in. He left in a bit to get his co worker Jose, who is also a very hard worker. He kept me informed any time he needed to leave for any reason. He finished the job in a day and my yard looks great.

Patrick started out on the project. He ask for half the payment before he started and the final payment when he finish. After a while, he left and stayed gone a couple of hours. He kept calling back telling me he was on his way back. When he returned he had Josh with him who helped him finish the jobs. I didn't like the idea I had to write two checks for the same job and he left in the middle of the job.

Patrick and his helpers did an amazing job clearing weeds and shrubs from my yard. He is flexible on pricing and you have to negotiate with him. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work.

Patrick and Jose did a wonderful job cleaning up our big front and back yard and they did it much faster than I anticipated. They have a great knowledge of plants. The price was a little higher than I anticipated but it is true you do pay for quality work and their work quality is wonderful.

Patrick and Jose were absolutely awesome! The backyard, in particular, was badly neglected and overrun with aspen suckers. Patrick and Jose cleared all the weeds from the front yard, including the rock borders and the driveway, and cleaned out the flower beds. Out back, they got rid of the suckers, cleaned out the flower beds and even hauled away the remains of a tree that had died several years ago. The quality of the work they did was first rate and I was thrilled with how everything looked. We had contacted three other services; one never called back and the other two didn't do yard clean up. We were able to set up an appointment for a quote on very short notice and they started work the next morning - completely professional and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

The price was with in reason and pretty much inline with the other quote I had received. I was very happy with the job and clean up.
