+ -1 moreI bought a house & wanted central air. These guys came out, explained my options and did the work. All went smoothly and fast. The next August, the AC seemed to fail. I called them back. Jeff said that there was a problem on my model that was causing the unit to leak freon, but that the manufacturer was covering the repair as well as the replacement freon. His son came by my house, fixed it all without my needing to be home & they had it completed within a day of my calling. I was VERY grateful since it was very hot week!

Description of Work: After my A/C broke last summer, I called my home warranty program and they referred me to this agency. It took them almost a week to respond. They assessed the work and then told me the warranty company would not pay for the repairs unless I had additional work done that I would have to pay for. They took days to return calls. They would make an appointment to come to my home and then not show up until several hours later. I would never recommend them, nor would I use them again unless forced to for a repair supposedly covered by my home warranty program.

+ -1 moreRepalced switch, then provided an estimate for a replacement furnace. Very well explained, not a high pressure sell.
Description of Work: Replaced bad furnace switch. Work was done in minimal time.
