I went through Home Advisor to replace and install a new attic fan. Jason was the first to call and gave me a quote over the phone. While I was skeptical in the over the phone quote, he asked good qualifying questions about my home and stuck to the price once he arrived. He was on time, courteous and professional. I’ve waited approximately two weeks to write the review to see if there were any issues stemming from the install. There have been none. I would highly recommend Jason and will hire him again for additional work I need done.

Our entire experience from start to finish was friendly, timely, professional, efficient, and overall hassle free. Jason from Positively Charged Electric called the very next morning to give me a quote after receiving my request from HomeAdvisor and was able to schedule us in for the repair the same week. He was extremely friendly over the phone and was even more so in person. He arrived on time, finished very quickly and was what every home owner hopes a hired service provider will be. We are saving his contact information for any job that arises in the future and are going to pass his contact info along to our family/friends. In today's world of abysmal customer service and work quality Jason truly stands out in contrast by offering amazing service and exceptional work quality. Jason was on time, fixed a telephone problem that many others had not even been able to figure out, and was very reasonably priced. There are not enough positive words in the English vocabulary to describe the high work and service qualities that Jason provided. On top of all that I was even given some restaurant recommendations by this very friendly person! I have just found my "Go to" Master electrician for all future electrical work I may need. Two thumbs up! Truly exceptional!

He gave me a window of available times, he followed up the day before the appointment to confirm and he made arrangements over the phone for parts and even gave me suggestions of high quality outdoor flood lights that I could buy at Home Depot. This allowed me to shop and compare brands, features, etc. and buy the product myself. Having this kind of control over a project as a homeowner is important to me and I was very pleased with his approach and suggestions. He was on time, explained what he had done and was professional. Also quite affordable. Highly recommended.

Nice guy and really honest, gave me a couple options and the "right" way was very reasonably priced. This job would have cost 4 times as much through Applewood, Mr. Sparky, or any other "big box" electrical company.

Jason did an excellent job! He was professional and completed the work in the time frame estimated. I had thought I would have to rewire my entire house. He told me that while he would rewire it there were alternative solutions that would not cost so much. He saved me around $6,000 by being honest and then provided me with a great solution. I was able to add items to my order that I would not have been able to afford otherwise. Jason cleaned up after himself, gave me updates and provided me with information in a manner that I could understand. I will hire him again!!

Excellent service all the way. Jason responded to my email inquiry for an electrical panel change right away. His quote was reasonable and did not change on the day of service. The electrical panel he replaced was from the 70s and he did a beautiful job replacing it! He also replaced 3 outlets to GFCI outlets. After he completed his work, he went through everything and made sure it was to our specifications. He also warranties his work up to 1 year! I will definitely be hiring him for a basement remodel.
