+ -1 moreThe facility in Denver is horrible as well as their customer service. My pod was scheduled for delivery 3 weeks in advance. I received it a day late. On scheduled delivery day I called 8 times and until 7pm at night I was told it was coming. The last call of the evening I was told it was not coming. They did not call me at all, I had to call them. No explanation and no response to a complaint I filed 10 days ago. I also scheduled a pickup only to find they never entered into their schedule. I had to call to reschedule again, the earliest they could pickup is 10 days. Since I live in a condo, this is extremely inconvenient. Overall, I think their responsiveness is horrible, no one takes responsibility and I cannot get to a manager. Horrible customer service.
