It was really great. I wish I had used them to transport all of my possessions. We used a rental truck company to transport the rest, but I wish I had used PODS for all of it. It was very clean, and painless, and if I ever have a long distance move in the future, I'll use their services again.

These folks are difficult to deal with!!! We ordered (online) two PODS for our household goods. We based our decision to have 2 PODS on their website's guidelines. Whatever their guidelines tell you, get one more POD and save yourself a headache - if you use them. I would not. Once we saw that there was no way we could get our stuff into only 2 PODS we called to see about having another delivered. We spent HOURS on the phone, waiting and waiting, only to finally talk to college kids they hired to handle the phones - and they were somewhere in Florida. We were unable to get a hold of the manager - they refused to give us his phone number, we could not get a hold of any drivers, they claim they have no ability to communicate with them. It was so incredibly frustrating from the moment we hired them. Because we needed a 3rd POD and because they were so non-responsive and difficult to talk with, it did not arrive until 2 days after our movers were at our house. We had to bring the movers back out to our house to complete the move - at our additional expense. Also, one of the PODS's doors was broken in half and could not be securely shut. It arrived shut, but when we opened it and then tried to close it again, it was completely broken in half. It was obvious that they had it that way for some time and delivered it in that condition. That was another few hours on the phone - and no resolution. We had to leave our household goods in the PODS, with a sliding door that only shut half way at our house until they picked it up the next day. Since everything was packed, we didn't even stay at the house and so it sat unsecured. They couldn't send anyone out to fix it. When they finally picked up all three PODS, they told us we had to come down to their location to "unlock" the one that was broken. They are on the extreme north side of Denver and we lived in the very southern side. They had an attitude of not caring. We told the manager we spent hours on the phone trying to get a hold of him or anyone that could fix the door while we were home and also to get a 3rd POD delivered but he didn't seem to care. The concept of PODS is a great one. Our goods were delivered on the date we requested and in good shape. The San Antonio side of the transaction went very smoothly. They were prompt, courteous, efficient - what we would have hoped for on the Denver side. So - try them if you want, but not in Denver!
