Working with them is a very pleasant experience. They have done work for us before and if the need arises, we will hire them again. They are very professional and considerate. There is ongoing communication so you never feel in the dark about what is happening. The work they do is fantastic. The employees that come to your home are professional and kind. After the job is complete, they do a thorough inspection and immediately make any corrections needed. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent experience with the owner - Mike Owens. He was able to squeeze me in on relatively short notice. He arrived on time. Took photos of areas that needed repair and explained things. Worked efficiently and provided detailed documentation which I had requested.

Roy worked so hard to make sure the job was done timely and professionally. He was here every step of the way. I have worked with him previously and would highly recommend to anyone needing work done.

Roy has been an absolutly wonderful person to work with. He is very professional and has kept us informed every step of the way. If I could give the roofing crew a review better than an A I would. I was 200% pleased with the roofing crew. We have been renovating the inside of our home and as they took off the skylights to place flashing and roofing properly, I asked if I could come up to reach the window alcove from above since I couldn't quite reach from below, the head roofer offered and painted it for us. I was very pleased with their professionalism.

Mike, the owner, was very good at being very clear what needed to be done to my roof, how they would do it, and what it would cost. His crew came in and got the job done. They not only did a great job on the roofing, they did a great job on the clean up. After they were finished, Mike came and checked everything to make sure it was done right and that everything was cleaned up. It was! Mike was awesome, super professional, thoughtful and helpful. We had a leaky ceiling Fan in our bathroom after a rain storm. Mike came the next day and spent an hour assessing the problem, then as a favor, sealed up a vent on our roof free of charge. We then went back into the attic to check it out. All future roof work will call Pinnacle!

Mike was prompt to return my call and came the same day I called about my roof leak. He is very professional, courteous and informative. Pinnacle Roofing is our primary roofing contractor on our Home Owners Association. As president of the Board of Directors, I have contracted with them several times over the past years for both repairs and roof replacement. Last year I decided to use them on one of the business properties I own. It was a pretty involved undertaking, but Mike helped navigate several insurance obstacles, weather issues and mechanical subcontractors to get the roof replaced to code in a timely manner. They even worked the weekend so they didn't disturb the business tenants . I would highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing for any future roof repairs or replacements

I am so happy with my new roof! The team showed up first thing in the morning and got started right away. They worked through the day and finished the whole job that day. Mike, the owner, gave regular updates as the project progressed and went above and beyond on fixing a few rotted pieces of siding for us! We liked them so much we are also having them paint our house! Highly recommended!

The experience was great. The roofing crew came out first thing in the morning. They tore off the old shingles, removed the debris and installed the new shingles. They were done with the roof and cleaned up by 6-6:30 the same day. Mike came out to follow up and make sure I was happy with the work. I appreciated the follow up and the service.
