Great! Drew was very thorough and explained everything clearly.

It went very well. I was quite pleased with the work product.

They produced a thirty two page report of different items that needed to be addressed. We were able to get those items to the builder and resolved before we closed on the home. They did great job! They tagged all of the items that they inspected. For example, the gas line has a Pillar to Post tag line on it. They also inspected the systems and tested for radon. After our one year warranty we upgraded to a more thorough inspection. They took a thermal imaging camera to look through the walls and check the insulation.They were recommended to us by our Realtor and we continue to recommenced them to other home buyers. Their prices are competitive. The amount they saved me in home repairs by giving me a detailed report, paid for itself fifty different times.

The service was very good. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He did miss one thing because the sump pump was not working properly. I went back to the report and it was not fully inspected. However, I am not sure if that was apart of the contract. I would recommend their services and the price was fair.

The turn around time for the results was not what we expected. However, the report was first class and I was pleased with the service.

He did an incredible job. He was trustworthy and did an awesome job of making us aware of even the minute things that needed to be addressed. They gave good recommendations about how to bring things up to code and told us what to do. The price was in line and I was very pleased with the service.

I was pleased with his home inspection but I was not happy with the mold test. He said there was no mold but there was a lot of mold in the house. We had to completely replace the walls. I don't think I got the full scope of the home and the mold test cost an additional $1,000.

He was on time for the appointment. We were there at the site so he gave us the report right after the inspection. I was expecting more detail and I don't feel he went above and beyond.

If you are looking to buy a new home I strongly recommend Pillar To Post for your home inspection. I met with Tom and he was professional, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I'm a first time home buyer and this is a big and somewhat scary step. It's truly in the interest of the buyer to have a home inspection so you know what you're really getting into and Pillar To Post gives it to you straight. They also give you a binder loaded with information along with your individual inspection and he'll email all your information if you need to forward it to someone. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.

With the older home I needed inspected, Thomas had his work cut out for him. He was very careful with his notes, and went over many details of the home with me. I am glad that I spent the little bit of extra money to work with someone so professional. I was provided with an extensive report, giving me a very clear picture of the condition of the home. All in all, the service was well worth the money.
