 + -1 moreFIRST OF ALL, I WAS TOLD THAT MY VACUUM HAD A LIFETIME WARRANTY. WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN TO ORECK FOR SERVICE THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS COVERED EXCEPT ONE THING AND THAT HAPPENED TO BE THE ONE THING THAT NEEDED FIXED ON MINE. THEN, TWO MONTHS LATER AND WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY VACUUM AGAIN, BUT THE BRUSH ROLLER.
Description of Work: THEY DID WORK ON MY ORECK AND REPAIRED A BROKEN BRUSH ROLLER THAT HAD A BELT MELTED TO IT.

 + -1 moreTURNED IN THE MACHINE WITH NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. SERVICEMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY. MACHINE WAS SERVICED AND READY WHEN PROMISED. MACHINE WAS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND NOW WORKS PERFECTLY.
Description of Work: MY VACUUM CLEANER NEEDED TO HAVE ITS ANNUAL CLEANING AND PARTS REPAIRED. THE BRUSH ALSO NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
